Peculiar properties of spacetime ensure that the perception of the magnitude of Soon is fluid and dependent, not on an individual's time-reference, but on spatial and cultural location. A marketer generally perceives Soon as a finite, known, yet unspeakable time-interval; to a fan, the interval appears greater, and may in fact approach the infinite, becoming Never. Once the interval has passed, however, a certain time-lensing effect seems to occur, and the time-interval becomes vanishingly small. We therefore see the strange result that the same fragment of spacetime may be observed, in quick succession, as Soon, Never, and All Too Quickly.

I posted the source because I thought it was funny and wondered where it came from. What's the beef with Borowitz, Prak?

My beef with Borowitz is that there is nothing on his column which disclaims that the article is parody. He is subtle, in that his column does not stretch reality enough to raise suspicion. Basically, he's like the Onion, except not as well known, and not as exaggerated. It is within the realm of possibility that the queen of England would tell a US politician to grow the fuck up and let gays marry.

I cannot, at this point, recall the last thing that came from Borowitz which took me in, but this is the second time.

Edit: Oh, now I remember, it was a report of Scalia trying to arson the senate. I wanted that fat old bigot to crack and be arrested so badly... but once I realized it was satire, I had to admit it's fairly far fetched.

He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!

Somehow, I don't quite remember Ursula being that... animated.

"[But life's] full of tough choices... Isn't it?"

Oh, yes... Ursula is on the list of my top five [animated] villains. And she's bouncy - go look at her song, Poor Unfortunate Souls. She does a shimmy where the camera zooms in straight on her chest.
My son makes me laugh. Maybe he'll make you laugh, too.

Body language. That's all that needs to be said. And I take care of my cute nieces and nephews so I'm familiar. Watched it just the other week.

That's not quite the "animated" I'm talking about. She almost gives anime a run for it's money.

Oglaf. Visually SFW, but the dialogue is a bit dirty.

Assuming you're talking about her tits bouncing: yes. I never really noticed that as a kid, but I've re-watched this with my daughter numerous times and noticed the same thing. I couldn't tell if they were going for "realism" or if I was watching some animator's fetish.

Between that and the phallic towers, it's like the animators just were overcome with dirty thoughts that they literally could not stop from influencing them.

The Sundowner is a riot. He was my favorite of the Boss Squad. Him and Jetstream Sam, of course.

This would actually belong to a "Lists that make you RAGE" thread, but this is close enough:

http://elitedaily.com/money/the-10-diff ... -to-money/

As they say on 4chan: 10/10, would rage again.

This is the accurate version.
